Tony Vincent has been around. A Broadway star who just worked on Green Day’s American Idiot (The Broadway show), this guy’s serious business! You can tell too! His version of “We are the Champions” was theatric, and badass actually. Cee Lo was feeling it, and #TeamCeelo it is!

Anthony Evans, son of a pastor, believes you just have to be authentic. Gotta respect that. Anthony sang “What’s Going On”. You could tell Cee Lo was about to hit the button, but only Xtina made the push. I love those glasses. Go Anthony!

Jamie Lono sang “Folsom Prison Blues”, and got a button push from Adam before he even really let loose! Did I mention he’s missing half a lung, and this boy can SING. Jamie makes sandwiches for a living, and well…long story short, instant connection with #TeamCeeLo

Dylan chambers came from a musical family, and you can tell he knows what’s he doing, but man these judges are picky! We have to find that VOICE though, and unfortunately it wasn’t his time.

Justin Hopkins sang David Gray’s “Babylon”. and Cee Lo thought he sounded like a “little brother in a Prince’s Soul” so to speak… and Cee Lo got his man. #TeamCeeLo it is!

Next was Nicolle Galyon, piano-playing country girl. She brought her little brother with her to watch the audition and I thought that was pretty cute! Nicolle played “You Save Me”. I like that “huh?” look the coaches had, and Adam turned around before too long. Adam thought she was sooo special, and we do too. Go #TeamAdam!

#TeamXtina picked up young Ashley De Law rosa, and #TeamBlake added Alyx, and some “Real, genuine country” Jordan Rager. and #TeamAdam got another country gal, Karla Davis.

Big guy Eric Tipton, over 6’ tall rocked out on “You Make My Dreams Come True”, but looks like the coaches just weren’t feeling it. I was rocking on it though, just saying.

Finally there was Mathai, who closed down the round with “Rumor Has It”. I love this girl and her determination to follow her dreams. All the boys hit their buttons, but where you at Xtina? Adorable, and she sure does have the voice, but is it THE Voice? We shall see!

So…. What did you think of the show tonight?! Here’s the RunDown…..

Back with round 4, the coaches are more selective than ever! As Cee Lo says, “We’re not looking for the voice, we’re looking for THE Voice.”

Opening the show was Ducky. OMG the fedora is working for him, and this handsome hipster’s performance of “Tighten Up” had the crowd going, but the coaches just weren’t having it. Carson asks #WhatTheHeckHappenedtoDucky? If it’s any consolation, Blake gave him a swig from his cup on the way out! I hope he didn’t get any on the handlebar mustache!

Jonathas from Rio was up next. He learned English through music, so you know he’s the real deal. I fell in love with his two little babies as much as his baby face! That voice and those moves to “You Got it Bad” had the crowd screaming, and POW here comes Cee Lo followed by Xtina. Cee Lo thought the whole thing was a prank and it was actually Usher, and Xtina says she got curious after she saw those ladies in the audience grooving. But Jonathas has the hots for Xtina, and it’s #TeamXtina FTW.

Monique Benabou sang “Mr Know it All” like a true Diva, and although only Xtina hit the button, that was all she needed. That girl can sing and I love her smile and attitude.

Next was Naia Kete. So much respect for this girl. A street performer in Santa Monica, Carson met her out on the 3rd St. Promenade with her invitation to audition. This girl has heart, and couldn’t wait to see her audition! Naia sang “The Lazy Song”. Blake hit the button in like 10 seconds, and just about had a tantrum with Cee Lo hit his. Blake “fell in love” with her voice, and you could tell she was feeling it, so it’s #TeamBlake for Naia!

James Massone was happy to get out of his job at the body shop for the day. After another moving intro where we learn James was once amidst a gun battle, and survived, James jams out Drake’s “Find Your Love” and gets chair-turns from Xtina, Blake and eventually Cee Lo. Last but not least, James picks #TeamCeelo!

Next was Chris Cauley, whose biggest influence was his grandmother with whom he grew up singing. Chris played one cool rendition of Bruno Mars’ “Grenade”. The coaches had to think about it, but Cee Lo led as usual with Adam following. Chris challenges the coaches to an arm-wrestling match with the winner getting chosen, but no go. After a thought, he goes with #TeamAdam!

Rocker Brian Fuente joined #TeamBlake with an energetic version of “Paris (Ooh La La)” that got the entire audience on their feet. And of course all the ladies swooning. Brian is a looker, wouldn’t you agree?

Moses Stone, the Voice’s first ever rapper, moved Xtina, and the crowd with an undeniable energy and presence and Moses joined #TeamXtina after getting the party started.

Finally Jordis Unga, who started out in punk rock and a pop band, received a warm welcome from the crowd and coaches alike with just her first few notes of “Maybe I’m Amazed”. Christina, Ceelo and Blake hit the button, but Adam felt like an “A-hole” for not pushing.

It’s tough to top the first two rounds of blind auditions with such a diverse bunch of artists all with their own unique and powerful voice, but the third round of blinds proved to be some stiff competition!

First up was Sarah Golden, who stayed true to herself as she belted out Lady Gaga’s “You and I”, in her own folky twang. Cee Lo was the first to slam that button, but Blake Shelton quickly followed with a curious grin. After a little bro-bickering between Cee Lo and Blake, Sarah agreed that she “couldn’t handle them both” (LOL) and went with #TeamCeeLo.

Next was precious Pip! 19 year-old pip, blew us away with a soulful voice way beyond his years. Adam pushed the button before the drums kicked in, and soon after all four coaches were facing young Pip whose voice surprised everyone. “It takes a real man to wear a bow tie” says Adam, and it doesn’t take long for Blake and Christina to chime in… Christina busted Adam’s chops with “At least I had success before Maroon 5!” Ouch! That early button-push by Adam must’ve earned loyalty points, and Pip chose #TeamAdam.

Then in a heartbreaking introduction, we learned about Erin Willet’s father who had been battling pancreatic cancer. Erin completely ROCKS the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” while her mom and dad watch backstage with teary eyes and smiles. Blake hit the button as Erin’s family danced to the beat backstage. Adam got his groove on in the red chair, but in the end only Blake watched the performance face-to-face. Erin joins #TeamBlake and we all got a little misty as Erin reunited with her parents backstage.

Carson Daly surprised Katrina Parker in her cubicle at work with her audition to the blind auditions as her coworkers gathered around and congratulated her. Katrina hadn’t sang in two years after an illness, and she was thrilled to make a comeback. Katrina sang a mellow version of Joan Osborne’s “One of Us”. Head down, Adam hit the button and came up with a huge smile, but no chair-turns for the other coaches. Cee Lo tries to explain, but Adam interrupts with “I win!”, and BOOM…another addition to #TeamAdam.

Geoff McBride doesn’t wear sunglasses ONLY because he’s cool, but he caught a thumb to the eye in his old boxing days, and now he wears shades. Haha. Geoff jams out on “Higher Ground” and with the crowd on their feet, Xtina is the first to turn around. Cee Lo eventually joins her, but Blake and Adam aren’t interested. Xtina says the very first note blew her away, Geoff’s buying it, and there you have it. The first addition to #TeamXtina this round!

When Erin Martin sang just the first few notes of “Hey There Delilah”, our coaches’ eyebrows raised immediately and both Blake and Cee Lo enthusiastically slammed the red button. Erin was so worked up in the moment that she didn’t even notice the coaches turning around. Cee Lo says she belongs to him, quite naturally, and Erin agrees. Despite Blake’s pitch, and compliments on her smile, Erin goes with #TeamCeeLo, and of course Purrfect the Cat.
